RETURN POLICY
For hygiene purposes we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for our products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Please note BKay's Creations reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged the customer must contact BKay's Creations through the messaging portal or at bkayscreations@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Customer must include photos of the damage product and packaging. If found that the item was damaged during shipment BKay's Creations will issue a full refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
BKay's Creations allows cancellations within the first 48 hours of placing the order.

We currently do not ship outside the United States.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
First verify you provided the correct shipping address.
Check your mailbox or other locations that mail may be left. Sometimes packages get misplaced or blown away.
Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
In the event your order is still showing “In Transit” or has not arrived for more than 7 days, please contact us through messaging or at bkayscreations@hotmail.com and we can do our best to help you locate your package.
Please note, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages or items ordered with the incorrect address.
If the package was marked delivered, we are not responsible for it being lost or stolen.
